The members of the AUA team Dimitrios Savvas and Vangelis Giannothanasis participated in a press conference at the facilities of the high-tech hydroponic greenhouse Intelligent Green Crops (IGC) which produces high-quality lettuce in a moving gutter system with recirculating nutrient solution under the trade name “Magikos Kipos” in Kastro, Viotia, Greece.
IGC, a stakeholder of ECONUTRI, uses the technology developed by AUA in the NUTRISENSE project and the LAQUAtwin ISEs to maintain optimal nutrient levels in the recirculating nutrient solution.
