On September 24, 2024, our colleague David Janke from ATB had the opportunity to present the latest developments from the ECONUTRI project at the EmiLi Conference in Valencia, Spain. His presentation focused on the results from Task 4.4, highlighting the ongoing work in reducing emissions from livestock housing systems.
During the session, the advancements made at ATB in developing the low-cost emission monitoring system, OTICE v3 were showcased. Recent experiments with this system have demonstrated promising results, including improved measurement accuracy and reliability in agricultural settings.
In addition to sharing current progress, ATB outlined plans for further enhancing OTICE v3 to expand the sensor’s capabilities
This conference provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss innovative solutions for reducing emissions and improving resource management in agriculture.
