Between 17 and 21 February 2025, COEXPHAL and the University of Almería (UAL) had the honor of hosting representatives from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). This visit focused on showcasing the innovative tools and technologies implemented in ongoing projects aimed at enhancing sustainable agriculture.
Throughout the week, FAO delegates toured several farms actively involved in these initiatives, gaining firsthand insight into the practical application of advanced solutions. The visit also facilitated meaningful discussions with local farmers on the effectiveness and impact of these technologies on crop production and environmental sustainability.
This collaborative exchange underscores the importance of integrating cutting-edge solutions in agriculture and highlights the vital role of partnerships in advancing sustainable practices.
