Our partners Leibniz Institute of Vegetable and Ornamental Crops (IGZ) visited the Coordinator AUA and the Econutri team for the modelling of selected Econutri-project innovations under WP 5.1.
Oliver Körner and Tundra Ramírez (IGZ) had a productive‚ In Situ‘ Innovation Assessment of ‘Real-time sensing with ISEs to maximize nutrient recycling in soilless cropping’. Furthermore, Vangelis Giannothanasis from the AUA team provided a tour in the greenhouse and the real time sensors.
GZ also had a fruitful coordination meeting under WP5.2, focusing on the LCA, with Vasileios Anestis from the AUA team.
Collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing were the main components of these meetings!
For the modeling of selected Econutri-project innovations (WP 5.1), Oliver Körner and Tundra Ramírez (IGZ) visited the partners in AUA (GR) on 6th July, UTH (GR) on 7th July, and UNITO (IT) on the 13th July. We had a productive ‚In Situ‘ Innovation Assessment of ‘Real-time sensing with ISEs to maximize nutrient recycling in soilless cropping’, ‘Cascade hydroponics’ and ‘Nutrient recovery from liquid waste materials through microbial immobilization in compost’. And we also had a nice coordination meeting with WP5.2 for the LCA with Vasileios Anestis AUA.
