On 6–7 June 2023, InHort participated in Biopesticides Europe 2023 in Brussels, Belgium, where Prof. Lidia Sas-Paszt delivered the presentation “Innovative microbial biopesticides for organic production of strawberry and raspberry plants.”
The presentation highlighted the potential of beneficial microbial biopreparations and consortia to support organic berry production and help reduce fungal pathogens. Presented in front of a specialised European audience of industry, research and regulatory stakeholders, the talk contributed to ongoing discussions on sustainable plant protection and innovative alternatives to conventional chemical inputs.
InHort’s participation also reflected key priorities of Econutri, promoting environmentally friendly and science-based solutions for more sustainable and resilient agricultural systems.
