The event was hosted by the University of Copenhagen within the framework of the Danish EU Presidency and brought together policymakers, researchers, industry and civil society to discuss practical pathways for fair, healthy and sustainable food systems.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation, titled \u201cInnovative biofertilizers and biostimulators improving quality of horticultural crops and soil fertility \u2013 results of ECONUTRI project,\u201d highlighted ECONUTRI\u2019s work on innovative solutions that support soil fertility and the quality of horticultural crops.<\/p>\n<p>The contribution showcased how biofertilizers and biostimulators can help improve crop performance while supporting more sustainable nutrient management. These approaches are closely aligned with ECONUTRI\u2019s mission to advance environmentally friendly practices that reduce pollution and strengthen resilience in agriculture.<\/p>\n<p>The conference formed part of a wider set of FOOD2030-related activities in Copenhagen from 1-4 December 2025, aimed at accelerating collaboration and impact across Europe\u2019s food-system
