Actividades como publica\u00e7\u00f5es cient\u00edficas, participa\u00e7\u00e3o em confer\u00eancias\/workshops, boletim informativo do projeto, divulga\u00e7\u00e3o ao p\u00fablico atrav\u00e9s de publicidade em linha e nos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social locais, contactos com as partes interessadas da ind\u00fastria, v\u00eddeos e uma forte presen\u00e7a nos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social ser\u00e3o os motores para atingir os objectivos. A AUA ir\u00e1 otimizar e demonstrar tecnologias para equilibrar o teor de N e P do estrume e do chorume, adaptar o teor de nutrientes \u00e0s necessidades das plantas e ajustar o pH para reduzir as perdas de N em 20% durante o armazenamento e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Embora muitos estudos tenham trabalhado sobre a fertiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de precis\u00e3o, n\u00e3o existem modelos exactos utilizados nos campos comerciais, que se baseiem em \u00edndices de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o (VI) obtidos a partir de imagens espectrais. Para as culturas seleccionadas (trigo de inverno e batata), ser\u00e1 primeiramente realizado um estudo de desenvolvimento num campo comercial, examinando parcelas em faixas com diferentes taxas de fertiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, que ser\u00e3o validadas utilizando imagens de drones com uma c\u00e2mara hiperespectral (AUA) e com a c\u00e2mara inteligente montada num trator, exclusiva da AUGMENTA (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.augmenta.ag\">https:\/\/www.augmenta.ag<\/a>) que mede os VI e outros par\u00e2metros da cultura. Com base nestas medi\u00e7\u00f5es, ser\u00e1 criado um modelo de nutrientes para fazer corresponder os VIs ao estado nutricional das culturas. O modelo ser\u00e1 posteriormente utilizado em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com a dete\u00e7\u00e3o em cinco campos comerciais por cultura; a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de fertilizantes e o rendimento ser\u00e3o medidos.<\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>tarefa 3.2<\/strong>, intitulada &#8220;Modelos\/tecnologias inovadoras para controlar as emiss\u00f5es de N\/P das culturas hort\u00edcolas cultivadas no solo&#8221;, a AUA<em>(Laborat\u00f3rio de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Vegetal<\/em>) validar\u00e1 e demonstrar\u00e1 um DSS obtido atrav\u00e9s do desenvolvimento do software NUTRISENSE<a href=\"https:\/\/nutrisense.online\/\">(https:\/\/nutrisense.online\/)<\/a> utilizado pelos produtores sem solo. O NUTRISENSE alargado (SOIL NUTRISENSE) calcular\u00e1 com precis\u00e3o as necessidades de fertilizantes para a fertiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e fertirriga\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas esp\u00e9cies de culturas, sobretudo de produtos hort\u00edcolas em campo aberto e em estufa, tendo em conta a esta\u00e7\u00e3o do ano, a qualidade da \u00e1gua de irriga\u00e7\u00e3o e a an\u00e1lise do solo. O software ser\u00e1 testado e validado pelas partes interessadas num ambiente mediterr\u00e2nico (Gr\u00e9cia), que receber\u00e3o pleno acesso e apoio do ECONUTRI.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, na <strong>tarefa 3.2<\/strong>, o AUA<em>(Laborat\u00f3rio de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Vegetal<\/em>) aplicar\u00e1 um sistema de irriga\u00e7\u00e3o corretamente concebido, utilizando mini-aspersores adequados \u00e0 volta de cada planta para humedecer constantemente\/alternativamente uma grande\/diferente parte do solo. A extens\u00e3o da al\u00edquota de solo que \u00e9 regularmente humedecida atrav\u00e9s de um novo desenho do sistema de irriga\u00e7\u00e3o permite o desenvolvimento de um sistema radicular mais extenso que utiliza a massa org\u00e2nica de um maior volume de solo, aumentando assim a efici\u00eancia da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de nutrientes e restringindo a lixivia\u00e7\u00e3o de nitratos. Como resultado, as reservas de N do solo utilizadas pelas plantas ser\u00e3o substancialmente alargadas, minimizando assim a necessidade de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o adicional de fertilizantes durante o per\u00edodo de cultivo e restringindo as perdas de nitratos por lixivia\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o final do per\u00edodo de cultivo.<\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>tarefa 3.3<\/strong>, intitulada &#8220;Innovations to maximise nutrient recycling and improve NUE in soilless cropping systems&#8221;, o AUA<em>(Laborat\u00f3rio de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Vegetal<\/em>) continuar\u00e1 a desenvolver, validar e demonstrar um novo sistema de fertirriga\u00e7\u00e3o (FS) para otimizar a reciclagem dos efluentes de fertirriga\u00e7\u00e3o em culturas fechadas sem solo. Este FS est\u00e1 ligado a el\u00e9ctrodos selectivos de i\u00f5es (ISEs) desenvolvidos pela CG e controlados pelo software NUTRISENSE desenvolvido pela AUA. A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de ISEs com um software de f\u00e1cil utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o fornece uma ferramenta para monitorizar em tempo real as concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de nutrientes nos efluentes de fertirriga\u00e7\u00e3o, permitindo assim uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o suplementar de fertilizantes \u00f3ptima para manter as concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de nutrientes desejadas na solu\u00e7\u00e3o nutritiva fornecida. Assim, os produtores ser\u00e3o incentivados a passar a reciclar os efluentes da fertirriga\u00e7\u00e3o em culturas de estufa sem solo, uma vez que a incerteza no fornecimento de nutrientes que os melhoramento vegetal<\/em>) utilizar\u00e1 pequenos RNAs (miRNAs e lncRNAs) para controlar genes seleccionados envolvidos na NUE (ou seja, N e P) atrav\u00e9s da explora\u00e7\u00e3o da maquinaria RNAi end\u00f3gena do tomate para melhorar a NUE. A AUA j\u00e1 estudou e utilizou pequenos RNAs para controlar a express\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica, especialmente para a gest\u00e3o de v\u00edrus de plantas. Sabe-se que os pequenos RNAs regulam a express\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica das plantas; os micro RNAs (miRNAs) e os RNAs longos n\u00e3o codificantes (lncRNAs) (que tamb\u00e9m funcionam como esponjas eficientes de miRNA) foram implementados no controlo da express\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica de genes envolvidos na NUE (por exemplo, NLP, NRT, PHO2). A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o\/absor\u00e7\u00e3o ex\u00f3gena (atrav\u00e9s da absor\u00e7\u00e3o foliar ou radicular) de miRNAs e lncRNAs pode afetar a express\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica atrav\u00e9s do silenciamento de RNA espec\u00edfico da sequ\u00eancia, designado por RNAi, e, por conseguinte, o fen\u00f3tipo da planta. A atividade basear-se-\u00e1 nos resultados e nas actividades do projeto H2020 RES4LIVE, que tinha como objetivo introduzir no mercado solu\u00e7\u00f5es integradas de fontes de energia renov\u00e1veis (FER), rent\u00e1veis e sens\u00edveis \u00e0s necessidades espec\u00edficas de cada caso, com vista a alcan\u00e7ar uma pecu\u00e1ria livre de combust\u00edveis f\u00f3sseis. No projeto ECONUTRI, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas fotovoltaicos nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es av\u00edcolas da AUA ser\u00e3o avaliadas em termos de redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es de GEE e de efici\u00eancia de custos.<\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>tarefa 4.3<\/strong>, intitulada &#8220;Redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es dos campos&#8221;, a AUA<em>(Laborat\u00f3rio de Viticultura<\/em>) validar\u00e1 e demonstrar\u00e1 tr\u00eas pr\u00e1ticas alternativas de agricultura biol\u00f3gica capazes de reduzir as emiss\u00f5es de GEE nas vinhas, com base em (i) Cultivo de leguminosas de inverno como adubo verde, (ii) ceifa da cobertura natural do solo, ou (iii) utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos de madeira e baga\u00e7o de uva. Este trabalho ser\u00e1 efectuado em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com a JHI, que contribuir\u00e1 para as medi\u00e7\u00f5es de GEE. Os resultados das simula\u00e7\u00f5es da tarefa 5.1 alimentar\u00e3o as necessidades de dados associadas ao invent\u00e1rio de entradas e sa\u00eddas ao longo das fases do ciclo de vida em causa. A equipa de coordena\u00e7\u00e3o assegurar\u00e1 uma coordena\u00e7\u00e3o harmoniosa entre os WP e a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o atempada dos resultados e dos objectivos interm\u00e9dios.<\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>tarefa 7.2<\/strong>, intitulada &#8220;Gest\u00e3o administrativa e financeira&#8221; e coordenada pelo METEC, a AUA contribuir\u00e1 para (i) uma gest\u00e3o administrativa e financeira cont\u00ednua e eficaz; ii) apoio e assist\u00eancia aos parceiros individuais do projeto em quest\u00f5es administrativas e financeiras, (iii) controlo semestral dos custos para garantir que as despesas est\u00e3o em conformidade com a conven\u00e7\u00e3o de subven\u00e7\u00e3o e as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es da CE; (iv) gest\u00e3o de contratos, incluindo altera\u00e7\u00f5es aos acordos de subven\u00e7\u00e3o e de cons\u00f3rcio, se necess\u00e1rio; (v) Coordenar a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o atempada dos relat\u00f3rios do projeto. (vi) apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios financeiros ao organismo de financiamento.<\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>Tarefa 7.3<\/strong>, intitulada &#8220;Monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, a AUA (Laborat\u00f3rio de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Vegetal), como l\u00edder da tarefa, ir\u00e1 (i) Conceber instrumentos de acompanhamento do projeto destinados a fornecer meios eficazes para facilitar a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, ii) acompanhar os progressos relativos \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto e \u00e0 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos financeiros; (iii) controlar a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos objectivos interm\u00e9dios; iv) criar um Conselho Consultivo Externo que ser\u00e1 convidado a participar em dois semin\u00e1rios de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o interna organizados em M18 e M32, e a apresentar dois relat\u00f3rios de acompanhamento externo com sugest\u00f5es e cr\u00edticas sobre o trabalho realizado at\u00e9 M18 e 32, respetivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>Tarefa 7.4<\/strong>, intitulada &#8220;Garantia de qualidade e gest\u00e3o de riscos&#8221;, a AUA (Laborat\u00f3rio de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Vegetal), na qualidade de l\u00edder da tarefa, estabelecer\u00e1 um mecanismo sistem\u00e1tico de registo e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o para acompanhar e monitorizar o trabalho relacionado com o projeto e gerir as actividades de garantia de qualidade e controlo.
