A c\u00e9lkit\u0171z\u00e9sek el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9t olyan tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek seg\u00edtik, mint a tudom\u00e1nyos publik\u00e1ci\u00f3k, a konferenci\u00e1kon\/m\u0171helyeken val\u00f3 r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel, a projektr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 h\u00edrlev\u00e9l, a nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1g t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1sa az online \u00e9s a helyi m\u00e9di\u00e1ban val\u00f3 megjelen\u00e9s r\u00e9v\u00e9n, az ipari \u00e9rdekelt felekkel val\u00f3 kapcsolattart\u00e1s, vide\u00f3k, valamint a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi m\u00e9di\u00e1ban val\u00f3 er\u0151teljes jelenl\u00e9t. Az AUA optimaliz\u00e1lni \u00e9s bemutatni fogja a tr\u00e1gya \u00e9s a h\u00edgtr\u00e1gya N- \u00e9s P-tartalm\u00e1nak kiegyens\u00falyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra, a t\u00e1panyagtartalomnak a n\u00f6v\u00e9nyek ig\u00e9nyeihez val\u00f3 igaz\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra, valamint a pH be\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 technol\u00f3gi\u00e1kat, hogy a t\u00e1rol\u00e1s \u00e9s a kijuttat\u00e1s sor\u00e1n 20%-kal cs\u00f6kkenjen a N-vesztes\u00e9g. (vi) p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi besz\u00e1mol\u00e1s a finansz\u00edroz\u00f3 szerv fel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>7.3.<\/strong>, &#8222;Monitoring \u00e9s \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s&#8221; elnevez\u00e9s\u0171 <strong>feladatban<\/strong> az AUA (Z\u00f6lds\u00e9gtermeszt\u00e9si Laborat\u00f3rium) mint a feladat vezet\u0151je (i) olyan projektmonitoring-eszk\u00f6z\u00f6ket tervez, amelyek c\u00e9lja, hogy hat\u00e9kony eszk\u00f6z\u00f6ket biztos\u00edtsanak a projektkoordin\u00e1ci\u00f3 megk\u00f6nny\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re, ii) figyelemmel k\u00eds\u00e9ri a projekt v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s\u00e1val \u00e9s a p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi forr\u00e1sok felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1val kapcsolatos el\u0151rehalad\u00e1st; (iii) figyelemmel k\u00eds\u00e9ri a teljes\u00edtend\u0151 feladatok beny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s a m\u00e9rf\u00f6ldk\u00f6vek teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t; iv) l\u00e9trehoz egy k\u00fcls\u0151 tan\u00e1csad\u00f3 test\u00fcletet, amelyet megh\u00edvnak k\u00e9t, az M18-as \u00e9s az M32-es id\u0151szakban szervezett bels\u0151 \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u0151 munka\u00e9rtekezletre, \u00e9s k\u00e9t k\u00fcls\u0151 monitoringjelent\u00e9st k\u00e9sz\u00edt, amelyben javaslatokat \u00e9s kritik\u00e1kat fogalmaz meg az M18-as, illetve az M32-es id\u0151szakban v\u00e9gzett munk\u00e1r\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>7.4. feladatban<\/strong>, amelynek c\u00edme &#8222;Min\u0151s\u00e9gbiztos\u00edt\u00e1s \u00e9s kock\u00e1zatkezel\u00e9s&#8221;, az AUA (Z\u00f6lds\u00e9gtermeszt\u00e9si Laborat\u00f3rium) mint feladatvezet\u0151 szisztematikus nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1si \u00e9s \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9si mechanizmust hoz l\u00e9tre a projekthez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 munka nyomon k\u00f6vet\u00e9se \u00e9s ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se, valamint a min\u0151s\u00e9gbiztos\u00edt\u00e1si \u00e9s ellen\u0151rz\u00e9si tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben.
